A new 7s travel team — devoted to players seeking high-level rugby, and players of color. The Syracuse Crows are Central New York's newest womxn's rugby club, built on the foundation of competitive rugby and inclusiveness. Rugby has a reputation for being intense — and it is — but it's also one of the best cultures in sports. Every position needs a different body type and a different skill set, which means there's always a place on the pitch for you.
Our purple and gold colors are inspired by NY's local indigenous tribe — the Haudenosaunee (meaning "People of the Longhouse"). Skoden!
Anyone and everyone! All you need to be is 18+ and motivated.

You're not joining an established program — you're helping build one. Founding players shape how this club runs for years to come.
The Haudenosaunee have historically followed a matriarchal system, where both men and women held separate roles — but both hold real power and we've adapted this to the Crows. EVERYONE is a leader, EVERYONE has a role, and EVERYONE is important. Rugby needs sprinters, power, precision kickers, and more. Coaches will help you find the position that best fits you.
You don't have to be native to New York to play for the Crows. We are seeking high-level rugby players that aim to win. Simply submit an application and upload highlight reels and game footage to tryout! Coaches should get back to you within a week regarding your submission.
